Aqueous Cleaners and Degreasers
A complete line of aqueous liquid and powder products for use in metal parts cleaning of oil and water soluble oils and greases, removal of metal fines and general surface cleaning in preparation for subsequent operations such as electroplating, painting, coating preparations, etc.
* Cleaners to suit various cleaning processes of metal surfaces including aluminum, brass, copper, carbon steel along with electropated metal substrates.
* Products for use in barrel tumbling, soak tank, spray wash equipment (conventional and high pressure) as well as other more specialized cleaning process equipment.
* Products developed for replacement of conventional solvent degreasing operations - equipment specific.
* All products have been developed to allow for effective and suitable treatment while remaining economical.
Corrosion Inhibitors - Ferrous, Non-ferrous
A variety of corrosion inhibitors for protection of ferrous as well as non-ferrous metals. These products are designed to insure the maximum protection of metal surfaces using safe and economical compounds.
Efficient and economical products for use in vibratory, centrifugal disc finishing, open/closed tumbling equipment using all types of deburring medias, including loose abrasive, pre-form plastic and ceramic tumbling medias as well as part-on-part finishing.
* Products promote more effective burr removal, edge radii and metal surface preparation by maintaining the cleanliness of parts and media during processing.
* Products to suit all metals and all methods of metal deburring.
Variety of burnishing compounds to produce bright, clean and lustrous metal surfaces for use in open/closed tumbling, part-on-part and vibratory finishing processes utilizing all types of burnishing medias, such as porcelain, polishing ceramic and carbon/stainless steel medias.
* Products developed for steel media burnishing will keep the media in a "like new" condition along with protection form corrosion. Products have been developed for burnishing of many metal surfaces, including brass, copper, zinc, steel, stainless steel as well as electroplated metal parts.
* Products for use with both polyester and urea-formaldehyde resin media to produce clean, smooth surfaces along with minimal foam generation and "sludge" buildup.
